Part-Time Wage

As Site Agent, you will be responsible for liaising with architects, engineers and quantity surveyors. You will ensure that projects adhere to building regulations, oversee the daily operations on site, ensure that health and safety regulations are followed and make sure that all materials are ordered and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

Reading and interpretation of drawings
Setting out and levelling
Coordination of construction teams
Staff management and labour legislation
Safety requirements and safety & health legislation
Financial control including costing
Programming weekly work on CCS or Microsoft Project

Skills, Experience & Education

Academically qualified with BSc, BEng, NDip (Building) or BTech
Knowledge of construction processes and trades
Knowledge of materials, plant and equipment
Knowledge of site administration systems
