Liege Africa awarded Waterfalls Mall in Lusaka, Zambia. The Mall is situated on the confluence of the Great East Road and the airport road, towards the east of the CBD. This is a highly visible site, with convenient access from one of the main vehicle arteries into Lusaka.

The envisaged first phase of 7 000m² comprises 3 500m² for Shoprite and 3 500m² of additional shops and restaurants. The first phase takes advantage of the prominence and visibility of the site, establishing the brand and setting the tone for a possible 26 000m² of future retail development.

Construction of phase 1 will commence in August 2016 and is scheduled for completion towards the end of July 2017.
