Liege Africa successfully hand over Waterfalls Shopping Mall on Time! The project started on 1 August 2016 and was handed over on 27th of July 2017 to Terrace Africa the who are the developers of the US$11 million Shopping Mall at the Kenneth Kaunda International Airport turn-off in Chongwe.

Terrace Africa have praised President Lungu for creating an enabling environment for investors in the Country.
And Chongwe district commissioner Frazier Musonda has assured investors that invocation of Article 31 by President Lungu is meant to protect investments such as the Waterfalls Mall in Chongwe.

 
Terrace Africa managing director Brett Abrahamse said President Lungu and his administration have created a conducive environment suitable for conducting business. He was speaking during the official opening of Waterfalls Mall Shoprite and Hungry Lion stores.“This mall will be convenient for people of Lusaka – Zambia residing in areas along Great East Road, Avondale, Meanwood and many others. We have also invested in eight hectares for expansion of the shopping mall,” in the near future.
